Very backpackery, the host is super nice and we managed to communicate well despite limited Spanish. The kitchen here is very good and they offer free water

Chile is just expensive in general, and considering the price you get a box room with nothing but a bed… not even some curtains which is surprising for the cost. San Pedro is an ok place as a stop after Bolivia but it’s very small and not a crazy amount going on.

Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado... Fue un excelente lugar a escoger. A parte sus anfitriones realmente muy acogedores y preocupados de cada detalle.

Creo que cuenta con todo lo necesario que se necesita para disfrutar de una excelente estadía!!! 😊

A little oasis in the desert, great for couples, friends and families. We were made to feel so welcome here. The family and staff are so friendly, nice and helpful and they gave us loads of advice and help with future travel plans. It is a cool place to spend time, the garden is cool and shaded and it has a well equipped large kitchen. 10 minute walk to the town, 1 minute from a children's play park. We were travelling with our son and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel at home, he did not want to leave! The property is secure and clean. Would highly recommend :) :) :)

Da recepção de Carlos e Kity. Nos sentimos em casa. O ambiente proporciona um ótimo local para fazer novas Amizades. As instalações são ótimas com uma cozinha bem equipada. Há local específico para fumantes e não fumantes.

De não ter um banheiro feminino e masculino (separado).

Really good kitchen with a lot of pans, knives and plates etc. We had no problems cooking here for two days. There is also free drinkable water. Nice patio to sit and relax. Very friendly and flexible hosts, although we did not know who was in charge exactly. The hostel also has bikes, they seemed to be in good condition and they have helmets. Decent matrimonial bed. The room is small, but works for 2 people. The hostal is 10-15 min walk from the center, the walk is flat.

We were given a free prepaid simcard with 2GB because there was no WiFi, which is a nice idea, but the host did not help us to activate (while we needed internet to activate and instructions were only in spanish). We did not succeed in renting a bike from the hostel, because the organization was a bit chaotic. The advertised taxi service (Bastian Gomez) asked a higher price than advertised and although the host promised to help us, he seemed to have forgotten. The shower was rather cold, it was very hot for a few seconds (but this might be a problem in whole Atacama). Two out of four nights we had problems sleeping because of very loud noise from the neighbours (not the hostel), but we do not know if this is incidental or a structural problem (other reviews do not mention this). Most of the above points can easily be improved, so we would still recommend this hostel!

-Nous sommes un des hôtels le plus loin du centre -il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, et malgré les demandes, je n’ai jamais pu prendre une seule douche chaude durant tout mon séjour. -il n’y a pas non plus de connexion Internet, malgré ce qui est précisé sur le descriptif lors de la réservation, aucune connexion ne fonctionne et nous avons tous (tous les voyageurs) vécu le même inconvénient durant mon séjour. -et le ménage est très superficiel, il y a énormément de poussière sous le lit et des objets restant des précédente, location… Vraiment dégoûtant ! - la tringle le du rideau n’est tombée sur la tête, les fixations sont mauvaises …établissement très vieillissant et peu entretenu. -la salle de bain est petite - les crépis des murs tombent etc etc… - le chien à errants de la rue hurlent toute la nuit… - les voisins (famille de chiliens de l’habitation juste à côté de l’hôtel) sont extrêmement bruyants et l’isolation des murs de l’hôtel est médiocre. Bref, pas très réjouissant !
