Incredible location, very cute loft room, stylish interior, chocolates and prosecco upon arrival, clear communication

Very clean room. They have lockers to store luggage before check in and after check out if needed. UPDATE: After posting my review, the owner and manager of the property and acknowledged my bad experience and offered me a partial refund of the total amount. I very good gesture mostly for understanding the issues and trying to offer the best experience to future guests!

Old building, No privacy - the room was shaking every time the people next room moved and we could hear them clearly. We were informed by the room manager that there was a renovation happening in the building from 8am-4pm RIGHT AFTER the free cancellation period passed! Also, we were asked to leave the room for 2 hours for an official inspection (?). They refused to offer any partial refund after all the above but offered us breakfast coupons (up to an amount not enough for a full breakfast) in a very low quality and extremely expensive cafe. At least the apologized for the inconvenience.

La camera situata nel posto strategico di Budapest, tutto è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi o con i mezzi. la camera è dotata di tutto il necessario. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d’acqua, una piccola bottiglia di prosecco, cioccolatini, caffè e tè.

Sapevamo delle dimensioni della camera e per noi andava bene, siamo una coppia giovane, ma sicuramente per le persone più anziane non andrebbe bene perché può risultare un po’ scomoda. Arrivavano forse un po’ troppi messaggi automatici su whatsapp
