Front Office Staff were great, especially Ms. Jo & Ms. Sara!
I'm in the hospitality industry as well, I think Jo is quite experienced, knows how to handle situations, and good at problem-solving : )
The AC was not cold when I checked-in, I called engineering and they had to remove a thick dusty filter to clean. The room had ants and we had to call housekeeping to clean but the ants came back again and again. The bath towels also seemed to be taken from some other hotel and are small. Not well kept and maintained otherwise the hotel could be much better.

Was very comfortable, close to food and an easy taxi ride to the airport.
Room was small and not an issue for one person but no room for cases with two people.

Good location. Near MRT, shopping malls, food
Some rooms have no windows ( not made clear to guests when booking)
Bare minimum provision in the room- eg only one chair. We asked for an additional pillow but not granted.
The decorating ring light behind the TV could not be switched off except by the room master switch.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice cafe facility. Lift. Comfortable bed. Well situated for shopping centre.
Tiling grout in shower black with mould. Black hand marks on walls in room. TV wasn’t good unless you had subscriptions for pay channels, which we didn’t.
