The villa is an amazing oasis, set in a botanical garden with direct beach access right in the heart of Syracuse. There are so many lovely places to sit and soak up the views. The owner has tended her beautiful garden over many years and, as a gardener myself, I loved it. The beach is virtually private, with only a few local residents sharing it. The villa was very clean, with a comfy bed, and had everything we needed. The private parking was great.
The bathroom and kitchen area are very small. It didn't really bother us because we spent most of our time outside! There is quite a bit of road noise, as the villa backs on to the road, but we knew this when we booked.

Einfach traumhaft.

Beds were nice, the feel of the property was nice with the plants, excellent air conditioning, kitchen and refrigerator and ability to cook is perfect for a small family that would like to save money and prepare there own meals. There was an Alimentari about 2 minutes walking distance and a grocery store about 15 minutes walking. The washing machine and ability to hang clothes to dry was also useful. Parking on the street about 50 meters from our room, perfect.
Bathroom was small and there was construction across the street that was noisy for several days.
