The location is very peaceful - away from any road noise but just 3 kms from Richmond town centre and just under 12 kms from Nelson. The guest house/cottage is private, clean, modern and thoughtfully designed as well as warm, bright, comfortable and uncluttered. Much appreciated after a hectic day in Nelson. (Another bonus was our well behaved dog was allowed to stay and he loved it.. the large corner section is well fenced with gates.)

Loved the location and the privacy. A bonus to have a secure place for the dogs.
Had a dip in the pool very refreshing.
Had everything you needed for a lovely stay 🥰
Felt it needed one more seating option if travelling with another couple. Very comfortable reclining sofa I must add.

Very private. Lovely accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Bonus having a lovely outside area to sit in with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Complimentary Chocolates and Biscuits and Drink was very much appreciated

Nice unit with lovely garden and convenient parking.
Really noisey. The unit backed on to a timber yard. From 7 am to 5 pm we were disturbed by constant heavy machinery moving logs only a few metres away.
