I felt safer being in a women-only hostel. Glad to find out that each bedroom had its own door code and each guest gets their own locker to store their belongings.

They could do a better job cleaning and keeping the place clean and replenishing the hand soap containers.

Location still close to the center (underground station and bus stop close), good food places and shops for good value nearby. Thorough cleaning from the staff. Bed was comfortable, bed linen was clean, duvet was warm. The iron bunk bed was quit strong. Toilets and showers on a different level, so that didn't cause noise in the room. Check-out simple, without waiting.

Slept in room nr.1., one of the rooms in the basement. One can hear the underground trains passing, the noise of the air ventilation and the noise from the street. I asked in advance for a lower bed, but that wasn't granted. One receptionist took private video at karaoke night without asking.

It is very welcoming and all the services available and the facilities are extremely helpful. I couldn’t expect greater than that.

The hand dryer in the toilet is not working.
