The breakfast was very good everyday and aswell dinner which l booked together. Everyday day had some thing different in breakfast and dinner.

super good location, well facilitated & comfortable. great spot for your driver to pick & drop you off as well as park
our aircon wasnt working the best until the 2nd last day. on the first day when we asked them , they said it we put it in the wrong setting. turns out it was faulty

Anak kami sangat suka dengan fasilitas hotel mulai dari tempat tidur anak, playground & swimming pool yang nyaman.
Hari pertama kami tiba di kamar lantai 5, air panas tidak stabil & terdengar suara pompa air yang tersendat sendat. Sepertinya memang sedang gangguan. Tapi akhirnya telah ada perbaikan & semunya berjalan dengan lancar & nyaman. Terimakasih Brits Hotel, kami akan kembali lagi.

Don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel was great in every way apart from one big problem.
3 of the nights we stayed here was rudely awoken by a couple of rats scurrying around above us we was on the 5th floor (highest) so other guests below us probably would never hear them. it really was not pleasant at all but I have told the staff at reception and hopefully they get this problem sorted.
would of been a 9/10rating otherwise
