Perfect location close to town centre and beach with private parking.
Nothing.

Hosts Wendy and Chris were helpful and friendly, responding quickly to questions. The property is attractive, cosy and well-equipped, with a car parking space right outside the door. Perfect central location for all that Sidmouth has to offer - beaches, huge variety of shops, cafes, museums, historic architecture, etc.
Just a couple of things to be aware of - the bedrooms have windows between them so having a light on in one, also lights up the other - and the sofa/tv are not orientated to allow comfortable tv watching by several people.

Lovely cosy little cottage and so handy for the beach and town.

Spotlessly clean and warm on arrival. Generous welcome pack. Ideal central location.
Practically speaking I can't think of anything.
