Breakfast and dinner were exceptional.
You can walk down to the beach At the end of the garden. It is a 20 minute drive from the international airport and the views and sunset were perfection.

Eine sehr private und persönliche geführte Unterkunft. Gastgeberin Carine ist ein wahrer Schatz und hat mich umsorgt wie ein Familienmitglied. Wundervolles Frühstück, abends hat Carine ein fantastisches Dinner gezaubert. Das Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Garten gibt es ein Stück Strand, der Untergrund ist etwas schlammig von den Mangroven. Abends hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Alles in allem fantastisch und ich wäre gern länger geblieben!

We absolutely loved our time at Carine’s house. It’s a beautiful location with the most impressive view of the bay. Carine is such a lovely person and an incredible cook! We enjoyed restaurant quality food cooked by Carine and served with the view. The room was also very comfortable and private.
A little fridge in our room would be nice but we just used the main fridge on the deck instead.

Carine’s place is absolutely beautiful. The location and view overlooking the water is stunning! Carine is a wonderful person and a fabulous cook! I feel like I went on holiday and made a lifelong friend 😊

L'accueil chaleureux, une décoration magnifique, les petits détails qui font la différence 🤗 une vue sublime, un calme apaisant, un endroit ressourçant.
Nous avions réservé trop tard pour le repas alors l'hôte nous a permis d'amener notre repas, elle nous a fait une magnifique table sous le faré c était magique🤩 un grand merci🙏
Les petits oiseaux qui tapent sur le toit donc réveillé tôt ce qui permet de profiter de la magnifique vue, allongé sur le matelas extérieur....

Le cadre de Rica Résidence est un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à Carine, aux petits soins pour nous chouchouter et nous faire découvrir des saveurs culinaires ! Nous avons choisi le dîner aux chandelles pour notre dernier soir et nous ne regrettons a aucun moment, c’était magique !
La chambre est magnifiquement décorée, on s’y sent comme chez soi, nous recommandons à 100% !

As a package Rica Residence does this. The location and ambience are beautiful and the food daring and delicious.
I can’t imagine not staying here if we return to New Caledonia.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible time! We spent our last night of our Honeymoon at Rica residence and were absolutely blown away. Carine was such a fantastic host and made our stay so special. The food - perfect! The view - perfects! The vibes - perfect! Could not recommend higher!

Everything! Rica Residence is the place! The most beautiful place we stayed in New Caledonia. The room is superb! Everything was thinking to be perfect. We felt in a movie scene all the time. Rica is an artist and you can see and feel that all the time. She is generous, kind and thoughtful. We totaly recomend the stay here. Not only because is near the airport but because is amazing.

Everything! The best experience of food that local fresh local ingredients are carefully turn into incredible meals which was the best food experience in our 14 days trip in entire NC stay. We also loved thewarm welcome and we felt we experienced something typical tourist could not do. Value for money as well. If you are from overseas, the stay at Rica's will be a uinque travel experience.

Carine was an amazing host, friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome from the start. She cooked dinner and breakfast for us - fabulous falls short of describing her meals, they were a gastronomic delight.
The location was perfect, had stunning views across the bay and we enjoyed a walk along the beach accessible from the bottom of the property.
Thank you Carine for a very memorable and perfect last night in New Caledonia, which we will talk about for a long time.

We absolutely loved the view, food, the ambience and interior. Rica was a great host and amazing chef.
A bit hard to find as the address has no street numbers and from the outside it can't be recognized as a guest house (no sign posts).

Candy was a very helpful and friendly host. I had booked at short notice and was only really transiting in Noumea overnight. she organised a shuttle on arrival at 11pm and when none was available early the next morning, she drove me to the airport at 6am herself., after cooking my a lovely breakfast. Service above and beyond.
