Swimming Pool looks very nice. Room is very big and little empty.

No real reception. No instruction in advance by email for the guests. They have a strange habbit to wait until u arrive to the hotel complex to contact with them. she ask me to add her whats up to send me instructions how to get keys and find the way to our room - but i cant find her whatsup and she was not interesting to solve this problem which they create. In one word: Unreasonable & unneccesary trouble and nerves for welcome us. I wonder - How they would like to offer enterence for they guests without interenet skills or whatsup app ??? price - BE CAREFUL - it looks very good but after add cleaning fee its become double :)

The team were very helpful, and the unit is in very good condition, my kids loved it! Will definitely choose HeyStay for next time. Recommended!

The house was quite nice and clean. It has all the basic furnitures like a couch, tv, washing machine, mattress and shower. The check in and check out process was easy (just watch their video and follow the instructions!). It was a last minute booking and our main priority was that we were looking for a place to sleep for the night. We didn’t explore the neighbourhood much but we enjoyed the sea view from our apartment in the morning.

We stayed here during the school holidays period and it was really packed with people! We couldn’t even use the pool facilities and had to wait really long in order to use the lift (especially during check out time!)

Datang bawa anak2 Memang seronok, ramai Tanya kami duduk dekat mana, Instagramable betul tempat ni. Rumah pon bersih, ada game, karaoke, family Memang enjoy. host pon sangat baik, Fast respond. Thank you so much, confirm kami akan repeat lagi.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. What they show in their pic is exactly what we will get 💯👍. Kids pool is the best indeed! 😊

At the living hall there is no Carpet. So for the family to watch TV is a bit uncomfortable. Small matter btw.

Everything. This is my 2nd time here with the same host. Heystay is very good. So helpful. Have small problem when a car parked at my spot, the host arrange another parking spot immediately. Waffle at the pool Cafe is so good! No problem with the lift. Just wear a proper swim attire. You will be good. Oh the unit was superb. This time with a cloth hanging space.. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Apartament ben equipat, bon aire condicionat, llits còmodes.

Els passadissos están oberts, no tenen finestres i hi ha aire corrent dins de l'habitació que fa un soroll que no deixa dormir (estàvem a la planta 25). Falta un estenedor per poder penjar les tovalloles i la roba de bany. Massa espera dels ascensors. A la zona de les piscines només hi ha 4 hamaques (literalment) i no tens espai per posar les coses.

Rumah sangat selesa, view pun cantik.. pelbagai kemudahan disediakan. Paling best ada washing machine! Senang nak basuh swimming suit anak2 sebab dorang nak mandi banyak kali kat swimming pool😁

The lift is too slow, we waited like around 1 hours to get down to level 4

Clean and location good

The management was pretty strict. Not very flexible. Other management I have went to allowed early check in if there are available rooms. But this management insisted on charging RM50 if early check in. The carpark system is not very friendly as you require the card to enter and exit the carpark. It’s quite difficult if the person is a solo driver. The bed and pillow was quite lumpy.

The room was very comfortable to stay. Toilet was hell clean. Location was strategic. You can go to mahkota parade, dataran pahlawan in less than 30 minutes. There were a lot of places to eat. There were also a lot of conveniece store near the residence named it 7eleven? Speedmart99? Kk?

The guard at 7th place were arrogant and a bit rude. He is been select because there are many people wear a t-shirt to swim but the staff never tegur them. But the staff rudely tegur us to change our cloth while other people can enjoy their swim without wearing a swim suit. It is not fair. But we just change our cloth due to their condition. Please train your staff to be fair

It was so clean and kids friendly.

However, I had difficulties to use the steam iron and there is less of rubbish bin. Owner also should install a hanging rod in the toilet so easier for us to hang towel etc.

Semuaaaaa okey , rumah modern style , easy to check in without deposit 👍🏼 water filters , washing machine and dryer also provide . Peaceful area and nice view 😍 all the information to check in is easy to understand with picture 🥰 fast respond from customer service. Affordable , Rumah luas dan selesa. Sure will repeat again 🫶🏼
