I had a amazing stay and the most friendly staff on the planet. A special thanks to Nicole Seecharan.

A lovely little oasis with excellent staff and a good range of facilities.
Landscaping around the pool makes for a lovely ambience, even has it's own private beach.
We were only on a bed and breakfast rate so can only comment about the breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of fresh dishes (a mix of local specialities and 'international' options).
We had a Deluxe room which was lovely and spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, a fridge and kettle, and a balcony with a fantastic view!
Before travelling our only concern was the proximity to the airport - a 10 minute walk, and you could see the end of the runway from our bedroom door - however this proved to not be an issue as you hardly noticed the aircraft (mainly small inter island turbo prop) and so I would say don't be concerned!
In addition to being a 10 minute walk to the airport - don't bother with a taxi there is a sidewalk - it is also a 10 minute walk to Store Bay Beach a lovely place with lots of facilities (shops, food vendors, bars and changing facilities). The main street in Crown Point itself is another 5-10 minutes walk. We felt perfectly safe walking to / from, and around, Crown Point at night.
The only (very minor) issue we had was poor in room WiFi reception - though excellent elsewhere across the property.
All in all we had a fantastic stay and would recommend Tropikist Beach Resort (if we return to Tobago we wouldn't hesitate in staying there again).

Nice hotel. Staff were great and friendly. Especially Malaika. The bar is slightly dated.

No elevators to get to the top floors, rooms are outdated

The Staff was nice; I feel the pool should have been clean from the debris, wish the food had more options the same fish which was not to my liking; the food was never hot I continue ask my server to warm up my food at meal time. I hated that I couldn't take my food to my room because I travel solo so I was dining a lone. To be an all inclusive resort the drinks are limited so don't be trick. I will say my room was clean and comfortable..

I have stayed here several times throughout the years. The hotel, the service, the staff, and food all good.
I do have a suggestion though on the hotel color.
Please paint the hotel back to the yellow color or another vibrant color, it’s what attracted me in choosing this hotel many years ago because it stood out from the rest.
Thank you.

I've been to Tropikist multiple times, and the standard has dropped. The service was much slower compared to previous times. We put in an order for our eggs which took quite a while, we had already finished breakfast and the eggs weren't delivered yet. The jacuzzi was dirty and the pool needs to be cleaned more than 1 time per day because of the trees around it.

Great two day stay and location. I would definitely stay there again

Apart from the water supply to the room being turned off for most of one night, the hotel was adequate for being near the airport.

Enjoyed the whole experience, only lunch portions were small and limited in relation to cost. Staff were really nice and seemed hardworking.

The best staff, the WiFi was however extremely bad, could do with a lot of improvement

My niece, her husband, me, and my husband planned a vacation to Tobago after 13 years of visiting T'dad. We were looking forward to some downtime in Tobago after spending time with families before returning to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
When we went to the hotel we encountered a bit of a mishap with our room as we booked 2 rooms with king-size beds. My niece was happy with the 2 queen-size beds as their room was large. Unfortunately, after waiting we too got our room but a queen-size bed.
After talking with the manager Malaika Taylor and her staff Crishal, Malaika was able to get us in a larger room with a king-size bed and upgraded our stay.
The staff was excellent, the food was amazing, entertainment on Saturday night was amazing. The pan player was great. I would definitely stay at the Tropikis again.
We even forgot to leave the key at the front desk when we checked out and Malaika made arrangements to pick it up at security at the airport afterwards.
The ppl in Tobago are very kind and helpful, including the security at the airport.
Thanks guys! Dave and Marilyn.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was a dip to one side of the bed.
The facility is really out dated. The fixtures in the bathroom were spray panted which was a first for me.
The air conditioning works periodically and it’s not on a timer/setting.
Staff were polite.
Breakfast was good.

Lush gardens, proximity to beaches, ocean sunset views, pools were great.
Dinner food was terrible. Reheated over cooked dry fish and chicken options. Definitely better options out on street or in Heritage Park. Breakfasts were great as were snack options from 3-6pm. The Buffalo wings were to die for

Facilities need updating. Breakfast could have been better- bread and juices were too sweet. Better internet needed. But apart from that a good experience. The staff were lovely and helpful and organised. Will be back as the location is excellent

Beautiful property. Food was delicious and service was great. The pool was wonderful. There are nice cabanas at the beach to relax but the water was too rough to swim in. But it’s just a short walk to a beach you can swim at that also has some great local food options. Will definitely stay here again when in Tobago

The property was warm and hospital. All amenities were at your fingertips. Basically a one stop shop. The bathroom shower was a bit low for my height and the face sink counter appear to be leaning or in need of repairs. Nonetheless, i enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this venue to friends and family

This is an excellent choice of hotel in Tobago. The view of the ocean from the rooms is remarkable . The location is a 10 mins walk from the airport . Store bay is minutes away.

Lovely location close to the airport and ocean view; walking distance to popular Store Bay beach. Comfortable room, varied local cuisine for breakfast; amenities could be upgraded somewhat eg tiny pool towels. But overall very good value for money

Close to the beach, airport, places to eat, wanted to hang out, party. The hotel was quiet most of the time. Room was clean. Only downside the service was down for 3days so I didn’t have usage of the television.

Really enjoyed my stay.
