Apartment with swimming pool and terraces with breathtaking views
Fantastico e moderno appartamento situato in un'urbanizzazione privata molto tranquilla. Arredato, con ampie terrazze e vista mozzafiato sul porto, sulle montagne circostanti e su Soller. Dispone di cucina, soggiorno, 3 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. La terrazza principale è dotata di tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto e lettini per prendere il sole. Piscina da condividere tra i 3 appartamenti. Non consigliato a persone con mobilità ridotta, poiché l'accesso avviene tramite scale.
Consigliamo di arrivare in macchina, dato che gli appartamenti sono in collina e il supermercato non è nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio facile.
La spiaggia, i ristoranti e i negozi sono a 15 minuti a piedi.
Piscina: 7,50x3,90 m. Profondità: 1,20-1,70 m

The view is incredible and the ‘space away’ is very relaxing. We had wished there would be a few more amenities in the space but we bought what we needed. The apartment is clean, but sparse. The beds are very firm, great if you like that. The sheets were clean but thin and less comfortable. We were grateful for the small polartec blankets in the closets, with the AC on (which was necessary with the 90 temps outside) it got chilly inside! The wash machine was tricky to use and we never figured out how to get the spin cycle to engage. We had to plan ahead to walk the hills or drive, not a big deal, just know parking is hard to find around the port. We walked a lot instead and that was ok— just being lots of water. All in all a wonderful stay. We had lovely visit and Regina and Juan were fast to communicate.

Really comfortable and easy apartment to stay in. Everything was perfect and we’d love to return. The balcony with the view is the icing on the cake.
