We were in awe the moment we walked in the door…amazing, fresh smell, beautiful view through the windows in the back overlooking the pool and canal, and very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated interior. The house had everything we could have needed, even four beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to take to the beach! We appreciated the starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, dish soap, and toothpaste with cotton swabs and nail file, and laundry detergent. A basket of snacks and water bottles in the fridge was a pleasant surprise! The owner, Bob, texted us upon arrival and departure and was available if we had any questions or needs (which we didn’t!). I’ve rented many properties and this home had the most “extras” such as bikes, kayaks, fishing rod, pool floats, and games, which were all much appreciated! I would suggest bringing bug spray because the mosquitoes are bad in the evenings. Beware of Florida traffic during the busy season…it took us an hour or more to get to the beaches (Fort Myers and Sanibel Island). Overall, we loved our stay at this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area!

There were a total of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) who stayed at this beautiful house! It was clean and on a very quiet and peaceful street. Our stay was wonderful! There was plenty of space for everyone and very nice/thoughtful touches throughout the house such as towels, first aid kit, snacks, and extra supplies to use during our stay. The pool was beautiful and the kids had hours of fun! The arcade/game area was also a huge hit with the kiddos. There was a minor issue with the heater in the pool and the issue was fixed within an hour of communicating. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Cape Coral!

This home is a perfect placer to spend with family. The house is pristine and perfectly suited for a family of all ages. My adult children and grandchild loved the air hockey, foosball and arcade games. The floor plan was such that we could all share in the festivities and conversations. If anyone needed alone space - the patio had many seating and lounging areas or one could get further away from the action and sit in the lounge chairs next to the water to thoroughly enjoy the water view from the large intersecting canals. The house was well stocked and the bedrooms were beautiful with lovely bedding. We were in SW Florida for a wedding - but after spending time at this beautiful house we all agree that we should have extended out stay.

After our original VRBO was canceled, we booked this property at the last minute. I think we were happier with this house than we would’ve been with our original booking! Communication with the property manager and owner was exceptional. The house had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for hanging out, while still giving us our own spaces at night. We loved the patio, pool area, and access to the water. The game room was fun. No complaints from us!

The home was just what we needed! It was well stocked kitchen, fun games for the 5 kids with enough beds and baths for two families! The layout of the home was great for family meals all together and quiet time. We used the bikes and treadmill, the pool, and all the games to make our holiday a special time for our family. The hosts were responsive and we found the home to be convenient to shopping and groceries. Would stay again!

I was a little concerned at first when I was looking for a place to go to get a break from Midwest winter and the Cape Corral area was in the hurricane path. After my first call they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was beautiful! I have stayed at quite a few of vacation rentals but this was probably the best equipped house that I have rented. It was very clean and they had a welcome note for me when we arrived which was a nice little touch. My local contact in the area for the house answered a couple of my questions very quickly and she was very friendly. Thank you Lacosta. The location is very convenient and a easy drive from the airport. I would definitely recommend the house for a great vacation.
