Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying here, and we absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, and the great room was large enough for our group. The outdoor porch was perfect to eat dinner each night, and the screened-in porch was a nice place to sit in the morning. The sandy beach area is a bigger area than it looks. It was great having a dishwasher, and the three bathrooms were key with a larger group. We had a lot of fun staying here and plan on coming back next year. The management company was very accommodating. One note...there is a laundry room, but there is not a washer and dryer hooked up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the view, privacy and location of South Point. However, the furniture is very worn and unusable. The couch had cushions with hardly any padding ended up sitting on the frame of the couch. Bath tub was backing up when showering.Kitchen chairs were very dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we always enjoy our time there. The room and location are great for us. This year the trash situation was not convenient as there was no place to put the recycling. The previous guests had the garbage can in the garage filled with their recycling. The queen size beds in the far bedrooms could use new mattresses as they are not comfortable and have not been for a few years.
