basic budget accommodations with a free breakfast. good value. no major issues.

Staff were very polite, cordial and attentive to business. Overall, my stay was very nice and inexpensive. The International breakfast was a nice wake up first thing in the morning. I will definately stay at this hotel again. I found nothing to complain about at this hotel.

Although the exterior has a run down look - our room was clean, spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Really liked the little fridge with its own freezer space!!
The breakfast could have used some yogurt and boiled eggs to supplement some protein. Will be back again!

When arrived the receptionist didn’t seem to know we needed a card to get into our room. She made a copy of my credit card as well as taken an extra $100 without telling me why. The room wasn’t cleaned well, floors were very dirty. Our cards had to be remade every day.

Taya the receptionist was just exceptional! She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and our dog even got a treat bag. This place used to be a real dump but now there is new rugs, furniture, paint etc and the area is clean and respectful. Two things that could be addressed are the ice on the parking lot by the building was very slippery to walk on and maybe a note on the doors to the stairs to remind people to walk softly. Far better than Motel 6 for pets.

One of the best “bang for your buck” hotels I have stayed at. Big new tv’s, *comfy bed*, room was super clean, staff was super helpful as well… best budget hotel for sure!!

It would help to have extra coffee pods available at the front desk if the rooms aren’t cleaned and restocked each day. When I asked for them the front desk staff had to hunt around the motel to find some.

The check in was remarkably smooth and easy. The receptionist lady was knowledgeable the night I arrived to get me my card and into my room right away, and checking out was just as painless.
My room appeared to lack temperature control. Raising the apparent thermostat did not noticeably ever raise the room temperature, so I was a little colder than I would have lived.

The area is close to amenities but there were homeless people sleeping on the boulevard in front of the property. Not under the property’s control but some travellers may not be comfortable with that.

The air conditioner was pretty loud, and it would be nice if they had a couple of vending machines. Overall it was for a budget hotel. I found the place was very clean.

Nicely renovated room at a very good price. I booked it for work and it was a very adequate room for a single or a couple. Apartment size fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave in room. Nice large TV to watch.
Continental breakfast servers in the morning as well as fresh coffee.
Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I had a pleasant stay, they are dog friendly never had any height restrictions, everyone was super kind and very friendly towards myself and my dogs. Never had any issues, they also had a roku TV set up in the room which was a bonus as you can connect Netflix, etc for when its time to wind down.
