Pamela was honestly the person who made our stay so enjoyable. Any small issue or missing item in the apartment was quickly taken care of it. thanks to her incredible responsiveness and willingness to help. For example, we asked to replace the kettle, and she bought a new one and had it delivered same day. We also asked for garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent, and she purchased everything and delivered it to us that same day. We also asked her to arrange a taxi for our departure from the apartment to the port, and she kindly organized it for us for an additional but very reasonable fee. This kind of attention and quick response really made a difference. As for the apartment itself, it is a bit small but cozy and intimate. I would say it is more suitable for couples or families with young children rather than adults. The location is convenient, but it is important to know that the apartment is located downhill. Getting down to the port is easy, but going back up to the town is quite challenging, with approximately 250 steps. For this reason, I would not recommend it for elderly guests or families with young children who may find the stairs difficult. Capri itself is absolutely beautiful, but be prepared for a lot of uphill walking because the town is elevated. A useful tip: for anyone arriving from the port: I recommend booking a taxi directly to the apartment for around €25–30. This can be more convenient and potentially better value than paying €15 per piece of luggage for luggage transportation, especially if you have two bags. For visiting Marina Piccola, Grotta Azzurra, and Lido del Faro, you can take the bus from the town and back. The fare is around €2.50 per person per trip. Overall, my biggest appreciation goes to Pamela. For me, having someone who genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests and takes immediate action to solve any problem is extremely valuable,

The location of this property is just perfect! Half way between the port and the centre. The hosts were brilliant and their communication was faultless. Would definitely this apartment for a wonderful time in Capri!

The walk to the property but if you know anything about Capri this inevitable! So worth the steps!!
