This place is not luxurious and not 100% clean, but it has everything you need for a great vacation. The location and balcony are among the best possible in Loutraki... Lova ir dušas faini, o vietos tikrai užtenka šeimai su vienu vaiku.

Loistava sijainti, upeat maisemat parvekkeelta. Aivan meren rannassa. Hyvin käytännöllinen, kompakti asunto turvallisessa talossa. Tulen mielelläni uudelleen. Ilias on hyvin ystävällinen isäntä ja antoi hyvät ohjeet asunnon hallintaan.
Ostin asuntoon sakset ja pullonavaajan.
Olisi hyvä, jos asunnossa olisi lusikat, veitset ja haarukat kolmelle, koska vuodepaikkoja on kolme.

Great view and a balcony. Spacious enough for two people for a short stay. Very close to the beach and other amenities. We managed to find parking spaces nearby ( October).
Very good contact with the host.
It’s an open plan one room studio and no separate bedroom. The kitchen is basic and in need of updating. There is an all in one oven-hob unit and the oven is not really working. There are no coffee making facilities apart from a little pot to make Greek coffee. I guess one should eat out.
The fridge was not cleaned and there was some food left in it.
The location is good, but in the high season it must be loud from the restaurants and cafes along the promenade. We were in October, very few people there, yet on Saturday night there was loud music playing until 2.30 am.
There are no wardrobes, only a chest of drawers, so there is nowhere to put your clothes. We only stayed for a few days and we used the spare single bed for that purpose. So for a longer stay and 3 people, there would be a struggle where to keep the clothes and the luggage.

"The view was amazing I'll definitely book this apartment next summer
As soon as I sat in the chair it broke and I got some scratches on my arm
I would have preferred more comfortable chairs or even be..."
