Do not stay here! Not up to international standards.Old, worn out rooms, no toilet seat in first 2 rooms they showed me, no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or water. Biggest problem is incessant honking and jeepney roars from Espana Blvd. Do not believe the positive reviews.

For the price, it's not worth it. Old and dirty rooms and amenities. We stayed there for almost a week with hopes of seeing some improvements as requested, but I cannot really let it pass. One incident, I requested to fix the connection of cable signal to the TV, one service guy just said their fixing something and didn't come back. The next morning, I asked for it again. Another guy came and checked the setup and said he'd return. That was just on our 3rd day stay. He didn't attemp to come back or at least called our room for updates until we checked out. The street noise also peeks loudly though the room. Unbearable if you want a good night rest or sleep. I just pray they can improve entirely the hotel.

The room was really nice and quiet. One thing that I really loved is that its quiet with good AC cooling. Im really sensitive when it comes to sleeping and Im so glad that I was able to get good quality of sleep here

Aside from room cleanliness, the building is also well maintained. The staff has been doing a great job in maintaining the hotel. They are also very polite and helpful. They will not complaint instead, they will ensure that we are super comfortable.
