The facility was in a good and convenient location, with Naivas Bamburi approximately 500 metres away and the main road only a few metres from the property. Communication with Koi was excellent; she was very helpful, understanding, and receptive to feedback, treating the points raised regarding the accommodation positively as corrective action items.
During my visit, it rained, and the access way between Naivas and the accommodation remained quite watery throughout my stay. I appreciate that this may not be as noticeable during the dry season. However, the issue could potentially be addressed by extending the cabro paving closer to the facility entrance, which would improve accessibility during rainy periods.
