Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The water in both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi was super clean and just the perfect temperature!
Very good size and very clean room.
Nice breakfast.
Fantastic value for money.
The steam room, sauna and changing rooms were one floor down from the pool.
The bed mattress seemed to have some small little bits/balls on its fabric, which I could feel through the bed linen but it could be because my skin may ba a bit sensitive.

Helpful and polite staff. No one understands English except the reception and restaurant staff, but they are willing to help.
Unfortunately, a youth camp with a hundred young people stayed at the hotel at the same time as us. Breakfast turned into a "hunger fight". Using the elevator was a special challenge as the young people were commuting between floors visiting each other. Early in the morning, to strengthen the unity of the teams, they chanted their starters in a chorus. This is not necessarily what you expect in a 5* hotel 😀

Loction
To get the towels, you have to go to the -1 floor spa, pick them up, and then return them there afterward (on a different floor). It’s very uncomfortable to walk around with kids across multiple floors—first to get the towels, then to return them. I think it would be much more convenient for guests if towels were available right at the pool entrance, along with a bin for used ones.
