Located close to many great sites of central Porto. Comfortable beds and secure building.
Ran out of dish soap and didn't have any dish wash clothes or drying towels. When I asked for these items I was told those were a courtesy so to clean the dishes properly we bought our own dish soap and wash clothes. The floors were a bit dirty and the street noise was pretty high so kept the windows closed.

Too many stairs to reach the room. The street has several homeless people around, that are very scary.
The shower area is not cleaned properly. Mold around the shower walls. Most of the time we did not stop sneezing.
