The apartment is in a fantastic location, very well furnished, and the communication with the host was quick and easy. Everything was convenient and hassle-free.

I don’t want to be overly critical, but there are quite a few things that could be improved: There is only one pillow per guest, and unfortunately the quality is very poor. They are very flat, heavily used and lumpy. There was one large bath towel per guest, but only two small towels for the face/hands for everyone to share. I found hairs on the bed sheets. There were also some small bits of dirt/debris on the kitchen counter and on the shoe cabinet in the hallway. There is air conditioning only in the living room. The bedroom is small and quite stuffy, with only a fan integrated into the ceiling light. If you open the windows, it is difficult to sleep because of the noise from the bar/restaurant directly below the terrace. According to the house rules, quiet hours are supposed to start at 10 p.m., but on our first night there was loud laughter and shouting until around 3 a.m. The air conditioner also does not work properly. It is extremely noisy and does not cool the room sufficiently, while at the same time blowing directly towards the beds in the living room. The listing says that slippers are provided for guests. However, these are used rubber bathroom slippers rather than disposable hotel-style slippers. If you are staying for a longer period, especially if there are guests sleeping in the living room as well, keep in mind that there is very limited space for luggage. There is no wardrobe, no proper clothes hangers, and nowhere convenient to open your suitcases. There is one cabinet, but it is filled with various boxes and children's toys. Only the bedroom has a chest of drawers and a few wall-mounted hangers. We also found that the TV in the living room was not working. The host was not aware of this and came personally to check it. To their credit, they compensated us by allowing us to check out a little later at no extra charge.

Location. Aircon was a life saver in this heat! Apartment was well presented and had all the facilities you require. We are a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Apartment on 2nd floor so the lift was great to have. Checkin instructions was easy.

Shower tray needs a redesign as it leaks over and you need to use matt to stop water. Pillows were not the best. Sofa beds were ok to sleep on but I didn't realise the apartment came with only one private bedroom. My fault.

Shower overflowed excessively and needs to be properly sorted. Air conditioning only in lounge area so bedroom very hot. Parking expensive in city with no designated space for apartment. Not all beds made up. Balcony very small.
