AFRIC HOTEL- Casbah

I appreciate that doors were open 24 hours, meaning I could get in late and the rooms were clean.

There wasn’t really warm water

Redouane at the reception, friendly guy and helpful, breakfast is nice.

The stairs till 5th floor with luggages but we asked for high floor, no complains.

The staff are so welcoming and kind especially krimo , Omar and hamza

Location of this hotel is great, right next to the Casbah and important landmarks

Facilities are very dated and need some renovation, including buying new sheets and towels. On the first night, I was given a room with a bathroom that could not be used and I was not properly informed. The hotel offered to change my room for the next two nights. They are not responsive on the booking app and you cannot pay in cash, which I realized too late. Hotel sends you an online payment link, which is legit, but paying with an international credit card does not have favorable exchange rates so you end up paying double the price for your stay.
