Very central, easy, spacious

No remote for living room tv and some food left inside bedside lockers

Location, floor level, facilities were fantastic.

We were on Level 63 so the views were amazing! The location was ideal! Not only that it was across from the beach but shops, cafes, etc are walking distance.

The parking that you pay for. You need to remember that P2 is different from L2 for some parking. And there are stairs which make it difficult with luggage & travelling with older people!

The property is excellent value, the location is fantastic, the views are beautiful and the building facilities are great.

Unfortunately, there were also a number of issues with the condition and cleanliness of the room. The air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms, there was significant mould build-up in the shower, the shower door was missing a seal which caused the bathroom to flood. The wifi was also terrible. However, our biggest concern by far was the conduct of one of the cleaners at checkout. We accept responsibility for not being completely ready to leave at the 10:00am checkout time. We had spent part of our stay in hospital as both my partner and our baby had been unwell, and our baby was asleep at the time we were required to leave. We had already started taking our luggage to the car when the first cleaner arrived at 10:00am, and I apologised and explained that we needed another 5–10 minutes to wake our baby and finish removing our belongings.A few minutes later, an older male cleaner came to the room and began speaking to us aggressively and in a confrontational manner. He repeatedly yelled at us in the hallway that checkout was at 10:00am and that we were already late, despite being calm and apologetic and explaining that our baby had been unwell and was sleeping. The man continued yelling over the top of me and told us to “get inside and hurry up”. I asked him to stop yelling and speaking to us so rudely, which made it worse. We were completely out of the room by 10:15 and the other cleaners were polite, we sent feedback to the owner of the room and never received a response. As I said, we understand we were late but there is a way to speak politely in these circumstances instead of being yelled at in the hallway when we were actively leaving the room.
