location was good. Reasonably priced
Water leaks in the bathrooms. Even after changing rooms, the water leakage issue didn’t ho away. Not much maintenance. Very limited breakfast. Cold parathas served.

The staff was courteous and helpful.
Lots of rats in the room. They damaged our luggage and ate our packaged food. The flush was not operating and the washroom was stinking.

Location was very convenient and not far from Sarnath. Breakfast was okay! Staff especially Ansh & Harsh very accommodating and friendly, especially when our flight got cancelled and they were able to accommodate us in the same room!
Everything was fine, except our bathroom.

The location is not perfect. Morning breakfast is not good, it can be improved hardly any choices.

located far from the noise of downtown Varanasi, next to the Radisson. Rooms are renovated and spacious and the staff was excellent and super helpful throughout our stay. good value for money. you may need to hire a tuk tuk daily to head to the river but we preferred staying away from the ghats as it’s much more quiet in the new part of town.
