Well maintained property
The living and dining hall floor is sticky and not as clean as the rooms.

The property is located next to Theme park and hence most of us come in about 10-11am. While I understand early checkin is not possible at all at least bag keeping and registration can be made easy.
The facility is very nice - well located near theme park and hence there is nothing we can say that we dont like.

Stayed in the same Onsen Suite earlier in the month 8th Sep and learnt the parking and key collection process so it was easier.
We booked because we were familiar but this time we were asked to pay a deposit of RM200 provide personal data Identity card image with all my details and photo otherwise we weren't getting the key info and I was already driving all the way there and using my phone to navigate.
The bathroom floor had just been washed and water was everywhere and not mopped.
The dish cloth was badly stained and the sink sponge holder was covered in fungus.
