Maintenance is very poor

The location was good..

Needs to improve amenities like utensils,room cleaning on a daily basis,to ensure the setup box recharges before the room is allotted.. Double bed size is not comfortable and needs to provide a King size bed...

Spacious

It has been ages since the AC was last serviced. It was not cooling and making noise. Also the ceiling fan was in contact with false ceiling making irritating noise. Due to which I couldn’t sleep. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. There was very bad smell near the reception. Pillow covers were dirty. Nobody answered the reception when I called from landline. Nobody came for room cleaning service.

Cleaning was good, but needs to improve the service related to provide santry items...

Please provide bath soap (sometimes emergency ) and clean outside room floor drinking water tank

Clean room, hot water available always. Airy rooms as well.

Great location near chai corners, stores, grocery sellers and good restaurants. And great service by Mr John and his team.

Dusting needs to be done better. Most surfaces in the room other than the beds were quite dusty.

Breakfast is normal and it's ok. Good and clean place for cheap inside city especially for family

Location, car parking, surrounding, service. Booking a double room was done after seeing pics but after reaching the location, the booked room is not given stating that does not fall under double room
