Good location. Clean.

It’s an apartment for 2 people, yet there were 4 glasses, none of which matched. It’s the little details like that, that are so important. The mattress needs changing. The springs were digging into us.

Very clean , plenty of equipment including a coffee pod machine and condiments. The bed was very comfy , slept like a log

Couldn’t get a signal on the television but that could have been user error

Very near to Euston station. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Also staff are accommodating, they allow us to do early check in.

It was close to Euston train station. Next to Wetherspoons. The owner was nice and quick to respond.

The smell was unbearable. We slept with open windows. The sewer needs to be sorted. The bed was very loud couldn’t sleep properly as we kept waking up whenever we moved in the bed. Also the £200 damage deposit was upsetting. I didn’t see it before booking. I wish it was more obvious. Going to London is already expensive I was budgeting for the concert. Paying that £200 took away the opportunity to visit places and experience London to the full. We were there for a concert couldn’t afford the merchandise. It should be only taken if the property is damaged after the stay. I find it upsetting taking it even before you get to stay there even if you get it back. Takes time to get it back.
