This was without doubt our Best stay on a month trip. The family here were very friendly and warm, preparing nice and plenty of breakfast every morning. We sat and ate the breakfast together and got the chance to speak a lot of Spanish and hear about their thoughts of the school system and the political system. The room was very spacious and it was quiet at night, because the house is approximately 1 km from the tourist streets at the lake.

A most welcoming and comfortable stay with a wonderful family. I felt very at home here and ended up staying for a few weeks.

La gentillesse des hôtes: des notre arrivée Angel et sa famille nous ont accueilli de manière très chaleureuse. Ils nous ont accompagné chercher à manger un soir tard, et nous ont reçu à dîner un soir. Aussi, ils nous ont passé un contact pour un tour à San Juan qui s'est avéré une superbe journée Chambre très spacieuses avec deux lits doubles, différents des nombreux autres logements au Guatemala. Nous avons été très heureux de ne pas être au centre de Panajachel que nous n'avons pas apprécié, mais à quelques minutes à pied où en tuk tuk. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci à Angel et sa famille pour nous avoir fait nous sentir à la maison ces 2 jours.

The room is very spacious and clean, and the family is absolutely lovely! Breakfasts were so yummy! I'd certainly recommend Casa de Alondras and would stay there again.

Very welcoming family and great service! Angel made me feel home even if I only stayed one night. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.
