The property has a decent location but by a main road. It was spacious.

It was not clean. The shower was gross with mold and the drain didn’t work well. One had to hurry so the water didn’t spill out into the floor. The towels were old and there was hair on the floor. I just felt it was dated and a thorough cleaning was really needed w Clorox in that shower.

The layout of the apartment was nice. The value was excellent. Parking was good. Having a big screen tv and Netflix was excellent!

Could use more detailed cleaning and pest control. The trees at the entrance also need some trimming. The shower had small flies...and a 🪳 roach in the towel cabinet 😫 It would have been nice to have some hangers in the bedroom closet for clothes.
