Hidden Gem in Muscat its close to shops n malls location perfect room spacious big clean n staff amazing they accommodating my needs n even provided a baby crib for my baby peaceful sleeping late checkout for a fee all in all very good hotel if it had a reaturant n pool it would be a 5 star class hotel thank you will definitely stay again

Theres no breakfast on site u gota wake up early n go grab urself something to eat The floors r clean but upon my baby crawling we discovered it could be deep cleaned atleast 2 a month to remove sticky residue from floor Other dan dat everything is super amazing

Location is great - walking distance to Mosque, shops and restaurants around The appartment is very spacious compared to to other hotels in the area

We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean our room all these days. Pay attention that they don’t offer breakfast, water bottles in the room only upon check in, they’ll give it only if you ask, room is not being cleaned until you check out. Some staff is very low on hospitality, not mentioning names or nationalities, person at the reception was very shot on answers, for every question it was: no/we don’t have. One day before departure we asked if paid late check out is possible, he just said: no. The next day we asked again another person, he apologized, explained why it’s not possible and still offered 1 hr late check out and luggage room after check out. Rooms look super old and outdated. Very visible when management doesn’t want to invest anything but only take. We stayed just because of location, and because nearby nice hotel where we stayed before was fully booked. If we have chance, we won’t stay there again
