The beds were super comfortable and was pretty nice area right to the market to shop and head to a cafe in the morning!
People above me were kinda loud for 4 mornings in a row.

Great location, great communication and easy to follow check in instructions. We had a sick child and was given early check in which was very helpful and empathetic.
The two beds were very uncomfortable and too hard. The venue would benefit from upgrading the mattresses or putting cushion covers on the mattresses to make them more comfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. The beds in the tatami rooms were very comfy.

The location was good as so close to Kuromon market and also accessible to the kintetsu nipponbashi train station via lift which was extremely helpful with luggages.
The photos of the living area of the house was very misleading. The was exception small and with 5 adults standing there was hardly any room to move about and plus our luggages it was just so cramp. The check in direction was also not clear but luckily we have people that could reach kanji otherwise would struggle to get access to the unit via the english instruction.
