L’emplacement La propreté La communication avec les propriétaires

Rien

Grand appartement très bien situé et tout équipé Calme absolu

Sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

The location was majestic, surrounded by spectacular waterfalls and snow capped mountains.

The host did not meet us. There was some complicated process involving downloading an app to get access to the room. We weren’t able to do this, but on arrival, the door appeared to have been left open, presumably by the host, though we weren’t sure ? Communication with the host was poor. The chalet was bare, with not even sheets or towels provided, never mind coffee, tea, water that many other places now offer. The host seemed more concerned with us confirming to accept an inventory of equipment, furniture and appliances. What a faff ! I would not recommend staying here, at least not out of the ski season.
