The location is great, it central to all the amenities in Jurien Bay. I really liked having a pool in the complex, and that there were BBQ facilities.
There were many cobwebs in the house, and there were red tails. I called to raise the issue and was told the cleaners didn't feel it was their responsibility and the property manager said they were limited by the availability of cleaners.
There was no oven in the unit.
On the last day the kitchen light fell out of the ceiling.
