Tuvimos una hermosa estadía en Alma Chilota. Destacamos especialmente la limpieza, el buen servicio y, sobre todo, la excelente disposición y amabilidad de la señora que nos recibió. Fue muy acogedora y empática, y nos encantó compartir con ella y escuchar sus historias, leyendas y relatos de Chiloé. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y bien recibidos. Muchas gracias por el cariño y el buen trato. ¡Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar! ❤️

Muy lindo todo. Es muy acogedor y el personal se portó un 7! El desayuno exquisito, la vista es un lujo! Volvería de todas maneras!

The "palafito" house is really lovely. They kept an old-time ambience that matches the beauty of the house and the view from the dining room. There is a place to park (only for 2 vehicles though). Staff was friendly and solution oriented. The location is unbeatable, and encourages you to explore Castro by foot.

Management should prioritize attention to detail regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not up to standard; the WC had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest, and the washbasin was dripping. While the staff was keen to resolve the issue and offered a room upgrade, I had to negotiate to stay in the new room for the duration of my two-night stay to avoid the hassle of packing and unpacking. On the positive side, I appreciated their effort to find a satisfactory solution, although the initial experience was disappointing.
