Great personnel and very efficient operation.
Very nice gym and great cleanliness. Good quality and variety for breakfast. Great location.
Some important details: A) Typical for many hotels nowadays but destroys customer experience: Usage of heavy, inflexible coverlets without sheets, or lighter option, and preset temperature. Either sweating under the heavy coverlet with no lighter option, or sleeping completely uncovered. In this case, I had two nights of very bad sleep, because we couldn't also adjust the A/C. B) Small details in the room that make a difference and can be easily fixed, e.g. hangers in the bathroom C) Food quality in the restaurant was average (although breakfast very good).

The location, nice layout of the rooms
For a 5 star Hotel standard - service is not existent! The telephone in the rooms do not work properly- taking you to mailboxes you cannot leave a message on!
we stayed for three nights and the problem has not been resolved
I had to call from my cell phone the reception to order room service! absolutely ridiculous.
