The place is great.
Very clean and modern
The staff was super helpful specifically Mr. Khalil was there whenever you needed any help or have any questions.
High security as well.
The paint was bulging in some areas
And the rugs need to be changed for bigger ones to fit the place

Host and staff very friendly and helpful! Perfect communication and fast service. If you need any help or any service you can send a direct message via WhatsApp to Ms Muhga. Spacious appartement, with a beautiful environment with 2 swimming pools a playground. Good location with many restaurants, a supermarket. You also can ask for a pick up from airport and back or any orher excursion via Muhga. Pick up by Mr Khalid very friendly and helpful person. Hospitality was very good and very helpful staff members who also helped us with our luggage until the taxi arrived that brought us to the airport. We love to come back again witn our family and other family members.. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and having a cup of tea or Coffee at the balcony.
Our last day wifi was not working properly in the appartement. Maybe also good to buy an Egypt card at the airport or as soon as you arrive in Egypt.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Also the communication was very personal and easy if any help or service was needed, it was arranged very fast. Also other staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for your help, service and nice stay at your appartement. Location is also beautiful, with many restaurants and a supermarket and many malls in the neighbourhood. Wifi was working in this appartement in de living room perfect and strong we even could call our families via WhatsApp.
We stayed in this appartement 2 night and it was all perfect. In the Living room the wifi was working perfect. But in the bedrooms the wifi was not always working.

Appartement très grand, piscine disponible et dans un quartier sécurisé, il y a plusieurs contrôles pour assurer la sécurité au sein de la résidence
L’appartement était propre en globalité mais le sol était poussiéreux, pensez à prendre des bouchons d’oreilles si vous avez le sommeil très léger

Everything was Perfect! The studio apartment was so amazing and clean. The host Muhga was so kind, amazing and lovely. Whatever we wanted or needed or if we got questions, she had everything fixed and answer at all our questions in seconds!! I love this place so much and will definitely stay at this place without hesitation. And big plus, you have all the supermarket and restaurant and everything you need around the corner!! ❤️

المكيفاااات لا تعمل في فصل الشتاء .. المشكلة حنا رايحين بشهر ابريل كيف النظام المركزي ما يعمل .. وتعال الغ الحجز وانتظر بوكينج يرجعون لك المبلغ عشان تقدر تحجز على مكان ثاني ضمن مجموعة الادارة .. من اسوأ التجااارب .. غير صريحين وغير واضحين محد يكتب في تكييف وهو خالي تكييف .. والمكان الناس مدحته وهو سعره وااايد غالي عليه ما يسوى مو شقق فندقية وعشان ينظفون الشقة بتكلفة 25 دولار .. وبعدين عن التكييف جايين يعوضون ب 40 دولار !! واحنا دافعين فوق 700 دولار !! هل يعقل راحة 3 ضيوف ب 40 دولار .. مستحيل نعيد التجربه ومرضنا من الحر واختربت سفرتنا .. وكان فيه حشرات الفراش .. ابدا ما انصح بالمكان

Apparemment luxueux, vue sur la piscine qui est par ailleurs peu fréquentée malgré des hautes chaleurs. Accès aussi à une deuxième piscine de la où nous étions. Un accès à un mini centre commercial se trouvait à l’étage parking de notre ascenseur, ce qui était très pratique. Le personnel toujours très aimable, l’hôtel toujours très propre, et l’emplacement idéal (ni trop près du Caire, ni très loin) pour visiter la capitale égyptienne. On a passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci pour tout !!

L'appartement est très bien situé et vraiment spacieux, avec des rénovations modernes. Les restaurants et les magasins se trouvent juste en bas, ce qui est très pratique.

6 نظام السكيرتي والامان عالي جدا ومحترف في التعامل مع النزيل وهاذا ما يفتقر له فنادق كثيره

Muhga is so professional and flexible and was constantly attentive. I loved the place and its location.
The security guards. Stopping me every time I go up because I am a girl alone. It’s so annoying getting asked about where I am going twice per day on a week-long stay, it didn’t seem like security checking, it seemed like guards are being Nosey about my life and trying to chat. I think security guards should get trained of how to keep an eye on cameras and get a sheet of photos of guests rather than stopping people like this every single time.

تقع الشقة في قلب القاهرة الجديدة بالتجمع الخامس وبشارع التسعين في ارقى المواقع ، عبارة عن مجمع سكني تجاري راقي جداً . وقريبة جدا من مول كايرو فيستيڤال و الرحاب ، ومدينتي و تبعد عن القاهرة الدولي اقل من نص ساعة.
الشقة ذات تصميم عصري حديث والمساحة واسعة والأثاث جديد ونظيف . الشقة مريحه وبها شرفة مطله ع المسابح .
يوجد في المجمع مول و سوبر ماركت لولو و كل ما تحتاج له في سفريتك .
بكل أمانة الموقع فاق كل التوقعات .
السكيورتي عالي جداً و أمان للعائلات .
لمن يبحث عن جمال مصر بشكل مختلف يحجز بدون تردد .

الموقع الجميل وصالة المعيشه الواسعه ونظافة الشقه ايضا وجود هايبر لولو ماركت في المجمع ايضا العامل خليل تعامله الجيد معنا ووجوده في حال الاتصال به فورا
لاتوجد خدمه فندقيه مع انه تصنيفه في موقع بوكينق اساسا فندقي المسؤوله مهجه تتاخر في الرد علينا ايضا قواعد الفندقه غير متوفره وتأخرنا بالدخول الى الساعه 4 عصرا لايتبين موعد الدخول والخروج الا بعد دفع المبلغ كاملا

مكان جميل ومناسب للعوائل ، يوجد لولو ماركت في المجمع بجوار السكن بالإضافة لوجود مطاعم وصيدلية. الشكر للأستاذه/مهجه ، حيث كانت معنا من بداية الحجز الى وقت مغادرتنا.

It was near the American University of Cairo. It was also over a mall that included a wonderful grocery store. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to spread out. It was too cold to use the pools, but they looked lovely.
It said it was across from the university, which is true. What isn't mentioned is you have cross a multi-lane highway with no official cross walk. I tried to walk/run with local Egyptians to avoid getting hit.

I recently had a delightful stay at your place.

Good size two bedroom with large lounge looking over the pool/shops.
Clean and has two bathrooms.
Staff were helpful noting English is the second language.
Apartment was clean.
A full sized Supermarket below the apartment to stock up on food. **best highlight**
Lack of bath and hand towels appropriate for the amount of guests. This took 24hr to deliver.
Lack of instructions on how to use the facility which resulted in no hot water until we contacted the host.
Wifi was available on the lounge, not in the bedrooms however nice contacting the host the second wifi box is able to be moved to resolve this downstairs. Hot water limited to the size of the tank to two showers at a time, apartment a little tired.

كل شي بالاقامه كانت ممتازه خصوصا التعامل الغير متوقع من الاخوه المسؤلين في الاقامه واخص بالذكر الاخت مهجه ماشاء الله عليها ماتتصل عليها في اي شي في اي خدمه والا ارسلت على طول احد يساعدك او يجيبها لك الصراحه اشكرها على رحابة صدرها ،، والحراس على المباني جدا خلوقين والعمال واشكر ايضا خالد الشخص الذي اوصلني من طرف نفس شركه الشقه الذي كان يشرح لي معالم القاهره طول مانحن متوجهين للمطار ،، وان شاء الله لي زياره اخرى لنفس الاقامه التي تتميز بالهدوء والرقي والنظافه والموقع الفوق الممتاز بتوفر جميع انواع الخدمات فأنصح بهم .

We thank Khaleel, Ahmed and Hani for their honesty. The studio was amazing in the ground floor. The location is super close to all trendy areas in new cairo.
No slippers were available, no mirrors outside of restroom in the studio.
