Location & friendly staff

Nothing very enjoyable

Location was incredible - we walked a lot to see a heap of attractions and found some amazing eateries along our way. Breakfast was so handy to have. Staff were so helpful and lovely 🥰

Mattress was a bit firm and pillows weren’t great - had to ask for 3 extra pillows to get some volume but if you’re not a pillow snob you’ll be sweet! Pretty standard shower/toilet situation for Japan - not a lot of room but that’s expected!

大浴場でゆったりできた。 朝食付きにしてよかった。 カードキーで外出やチェックアウトがスムーズに出来た。

La ubicación, la amabilidad y la atención del personal. La posibilidad de utilizar el spa. Los productos de aseo.

No está bien aislado del ruido y dado su buena ubicación eso puede ser molesto. La habitación estaba algo caliente para nuestro gusto.

地点非常好，离购物和车站非常近。房间比想象中大，一家四口刚刚好。 酒店下午免费提供的面包小朋友非常喜欢，还有冰棍也很好吃👍

Excellent location close to train station and lots of tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

room is very small. pillow and mattress are super soft. we could not sleep comfortable . even though we been walking the whole day , so tired. we stay other hotel 3 nights before than move here for our last 3 nights in Osaka. I like to experience new area and hotel. so I book 2 hotels not far from each other. but I pay hotel Hillary more expensive think it near high end shopping. In fact you shop anyway in Japan. when we check in receptionist are not very friend like normal Japanese hotel. Actually I would say this is the first place that I find staff are not very helpful like other. they have onsen /bath. but they haven't look after well. when you sit in the pool. you will see a lot black thing on the tiles. I assume it never been clean.

DIsappointing. Room is very small. hot spa/ONSEN are not clean , all the titles and grout are so black. I assume never been clean. room no water , lobby fill water around 11 or 12 pm. yes they have free bread . I dont even waste my stomach too eat those free bread. serve around 3 pm at the lobby. food and bakery in family mart or 7-11 are super cheap and tasty.

Laundry on site was convenient, location was good, and loved the onsen.

Onsen was really hot and there wasn’t a change maker by the laundry machines.

The location and the staff rally helpful. We asked to move from a smoking room to a non-smoking and fortunately they solved it fast.

The room was too small not enough space for two travelers. We had to move the bed to take more advantage from the interior space. The quality of the breakfast is not so good. The room could be cleaner.

Friendly staff, walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping area and Dotonbori.

Carpet and chair were not very clean… Pillows are soft, but staff was more than happy to arrange firmer pillows for us.

Great location! The hotel is close to train stations, restaurants and shopping districts. Staff was helpful, too. Free bread was definitely a plus.

The room was a bit small so there's hardly any space to move around. Breakfast was OK; food was sometimes on the cold side.
