The apartment was clean and bright and comfortable. The location was fine, as we were able to bus everywhere with ease. Though it is a 15 minute bus ride to the busy part of the hotel zone (if you want to be where the action is). Heinz was wonderful and easy to communicate with, giving lots of tips and recommendations. He came and cleaned the room/towels regularly. There will be mocking birds singing at all hours of the day to serenade you while you enjoy a drink on the balcony in a cool breeze. The pool was lovely and often very quiet. Most of the time we were the only ones there. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk as well. The only thing that was a bother was the traffic sounds, as you back out onto the main road. So there are busses and tucks and motorcycles going by at all hours. If traffic noise will bother you, this is not the place for you! Overall, it was a great place to stay for the week.

Heinz helped navigate a tricky booking issue and was very helpful! We ran into a little hiccup on the website and went direct with Hieinz to resolve the issue - he was very responsive and helpful. The location is secure and quiet, very comfortable and a great value. Heinz will meet you at check in and let you in. The one thing we didn’t expect was the daily room service - fresh towels and made beds. Nice touch but unexpected. All and all, great stay!

The host was great and very helpful. I appreciated that we were met with a live person who could help us understand everything. There is no hot water other than the shower which I'm understanding is typical in Can Cun. It took awhile to get used to. Washing dishes in cold water. Also, there is a washer and dryer available however, the host does not allow guests to use it. We went to a laundromat which was great, but very expensive. All else was spectacular. Exactly as it was presented.

It’s a very nice place, but has no hot water and property management is a little overbearing. He Does not allow any visitors at all. I had to argue to allow my interpreter to just come in for a few minutes, but find that last he allowed him to come in for a short time to cool off It has washer and dry but you where not aloud to use it But it is a nice place and it is quiet
