Host were amazing and rooms are always super nice and clean ! Overall great experience

The host was amazing which helped to make up for what the condo lacked. They were kind and responsive. The unit however needs a deep cleaning and major overhaul. Most concerning, we have a 3-year old and the sliding patio door does not lock, which was a major safety concern for us. Simple things.. no batteries in remotes controls for ceiling fan in master (we had to sleep with the light on for the fan to work), missing lightbulbs in lamps. The host quickly told us where to find light bulbs in the unit once reported. They also offered reimbursement if we purchased replacement batteries. But our trip was so short, we didn’t even want to waste time going to the store searching since the batteries needed weren’t standard. The remote control for the tvs were sticky and dirty. The pots/dishes/silverware were old and rusted. Trash under the beds, dirty sofa, and sooo much missing furniture compared to listing photos. There is no area rug in living room and no counter height stools at island. The cleaning could have been sooo much better. We travel a lot so we are not super picky, but it shows that the cleaners lack true care or pride in their work. The improvement items are not expensive. Just little things that would make it so much better. The resort however was GREAT! Location was perfect and amenities were good! We will definitely stay at the resort again, perhaps this host has another more updated/clean option. Or perhaps they may improve this unit. Again, VERY kind host.
