We loved it very comfortable and easy

At our arrival to the building it was a bad experience with the buzzing door system. we had to wait an hour outside because the buzz was marking an error over and over. Talked to the owner over the phone but she didn't know either what was the problem. we got into the building thanks to another tenant went to the apartment and got the key since we had the code to access... Tina was always super nice, place was clean and have a great location.

Upon arrival to this location, we unload the vehicle and my partner attempted to go up to the unit in the elevator and gets stranded for several minutes, long enough that my daughter and I were starting to panic for her. The elevator doors would not open. Attempting to communicate with the property manager was slow; a local resident helped us from our predicament and showed us to the 2nd elevator which allowed us access to the unit. Upon entry into the unit, it was warm (25°C) we lowered the thermostat to 21 to turn on the AC. After a few hours, the thermostat went UP to 26°C. Contacted the property manager to rectify the AC. They informed me that it takes a while and to give it time. Over 3 days of back and forth between the property manager and I, me requesting service for the AC and them telling me to modify the settings on the thermostat (which I complied as directed). They did not come to repair the AC until the day before our departure. We were there for 3 nights, 4 days and only had comfortable temperature for the last 12 hours of our stay. Further this issue: we were travelling with my 2 year old daughter, I had to mop the floors since her feet became black after not even an hour of playing barefoot in the unit. All the air vents were disgusting with lint and dust. Another disappointing detail is: the balcony view advertised is inaccurate. The photograph advertised is taken several floors ABOVE this unit. Our view was that of an alley way and the side of buildings.

Property was very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying here for our stint in Vancouver!!! It is located near Starbuck's, A&W, McDonalds, Science World, the AmTrak station, and so much more. Tina was excellent in providing answers to our questions and was super accommodating with our family. The apartment was super clean and comfortable!!! Thanks for everything!
