It was a great place for the 5 of us to come for our annual visit. Close to Qualicum for a fun day of browsing shops and a beautiful beach walk. The beds were comfy, the full-size kitchen was handy, and the place was clean...mostly. There was short dog hair on the kitchen floor and a couple of sticky spots under the dining table when we arrived, but that wasn't enough to deter this family-oriented group. Better signage that says Beach Tea House, not referring the an historical site, would have been helpful on arrival since the listing picture is not what you see from the road, especiallyin winter..thank goodness for GPS. Maybe I'm out of touch with airbnb policies, but guests had to strip their beds, clean the kitchen, and take out all garbage when we paid for cleaners? Curious. Overall, a nice place for a decent price. Thanks for hosting!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nicely decorated, clean, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. The house was spacious, with good size rooms. Only exception was the dining room was a bit tight, if there were 8 guests, a longer table and 2 more chairs would be needed. But since we were only 6, it was fine. All the other rooms were good size and the big yard was lots of fun for the kids to run around in.
