This is a self-checkin experience, so be sure to look for check-in instructions on What's App prior to arrival. Our only contact with hosts was through What's App, but they were always quick to respond and were extremely helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. In room expresso machine was a nice touch. They also have a shared common kitchen area where you can make croissants in a toaster oven, make specialty drinks (hot chocolate, cappuccino). They supplied the croiss,ants drinks at no charge, but they don't seem to advertise this, but it was free while we were there. Best part was the free filtered water station where we would fill our water bottles every morning. Location was fantastic! 3 coffee shops a block away. Dozens of great restaurants in easy walking distance, and several gelato places too! The hotel sent us a list of recommended places via What's App. Bus stop and Tram stop are steps away (or across the street if you are coming from Train or Airport). Taxi stand is also a few steps from the front door, and there were usually one or two taxis waiting and ready. We actually prefer to walk, and it is a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum in one direction, and 30 minute walk to the Vatican in the opposite direction. Absolutely loved this place!

The room was slightly smaller than expected but otherwise we had a great experience. The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus. Cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was always eager to help. Shout out to Imran for being so kind!

Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better.

Amazing 3-night stay! The hotel is located in the heart of Rome and is surrounded by beautiful buildings and restaurants and the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen offers coffee, water and snacks which is a thoughtful addition. When we needed assistance arranging airport transfers, the owners were so kind and helpful! Our personal transfer was arranged quickly and without issue. I strongly recommend to anyone visiting Rome to stay here!
