The apartment features authentic local decor, and we were instantly charmed by the warm atmosphere of an Italian family home as soon as we walked in. The host is incredibly kind. When we told him we would arrive early in the morning, he kindly offered early check-in so we could drop off our luggage and freshen up before starting our sightseeing. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We had more than enough room for daily living, sleeping, dining and everything else. We especially loved the private balcony to hang our laundry. Plenty of sunlight meant clothes dried completely in half a day, so we could stay fresh every day. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a Carrefour mini-market and cafés. Lots of local restaurants are just a 10-minute stroll away — the location couldn’t be more convenient. We walked all the way to the Colosseum easily. For other landmarks, you’ll need the metro; the nearest metro station is around 10 minutes on foot. The host has an incredible collection of books and CDs, and separate sound systems are available in all main rooms. If you want a roomy, comfortable stay and wish to experience authentic Italian interiors and lifestyle, this place is absolutely worth booking!

The location was great. The Collusium was right there and there were some great restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies very near by. The apartment had large rooms and a well stocked kitchen with all appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc.

It was very dark-not alot of natural light. It wasn't really 2 bathrooms- the second "bathroom" was just a toilet and tiny sink behind a sliiding cloth covered plywood- no privacy.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a really pleasant atmosphere. The location was excellent – everything we needed was within easy reach. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Loved the location and the property managers were easy to work with, communicated very well, before, during and after our stay. They were very accommodating. The unit was in clean condition.

Property needs to be updated. The kitchen is in poor condition with cracked old tiles, poor kitchen supplies and just felt really OLD. There is way to much furniture (and old too), art and knick knacks at the property took over every room. I was really sad that we could not sit out on the terrace/patio which is why I chose this property in addition to the location and # of beds/bedrooms. There are more plants on the balcony than necessary and you cannot even get a chair out there to enjoy your morning coffee. All the extra stuff made it feel really tight.
