Nice house, in a great location. Place was clean and well equipped, lots of good utensils etc in the kitchen (sharp knives!), comfy beds snd lounge. Lovely relaxing stay.

Nothing really. When the downstairs renovations are finished having a full laundry will be good. Having a BBQ available would also be a bonus.

The view was great and the property has the potential to be really nice when they have finished their renovations. A bit of effort to give the place a proper clean would help, clean the windows so you can see the view. Paint the deck. Trim the trees along the fence so you can access the washing line. Put some effort into the front garden and supply a parking space for cars. Street appeal is really disappointing. Inside renovations are nice, but furniture supplied is really cheap and would be easy for young children to break.

Property was in the middle of renovations and promised a washing machine which was not plugged in and located outside (with no external power point) as the laundry was unfinished. There was no working dryer, as the one supplied was broken. Clothes line had an overgrown tree blocking it and short wire was supplied to hang clothes on (I had to buy a clothes drying rack from Bunnings and my own pegs). Most fly screens on the windows had holes and let in the insects, each night I was drive bombed by Christmas beetles, killed spiders and cockroaches and there were ants in the kitchen. Garbage bins had not been cleaned and had mouldy food in the bottom, under the garbage bags and did not supply replacement garbage bags. Under beds had not been vacuumed and had piles of dust, sheets felt rough and scratchy. Windows were dirty and obscured the view of the ocean. Outside table was filthy. Outside of the house looked terrible and had building debris lying around potentially causing injury and there was a feral rabbit living in the backyard. To park our car off the street we had to dodge two tree stumps. Not worth the money they are asking.
