A comfortable place on a quiet street just off a busy, entertaining street.

Two suggestions, provide a throw or small blanket for the couch. The shower staff floor is incredibly slippery, provide a mat of some kind for use in the shower.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, the apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the building itself was exceptionally well maintained. The online check-in instructions were crystal clear, very detailed and easy to follow, and communication with the property was excellent. The messages and letters we received were friendly, helpful and arrived very quickly, so we always knew exactly what we needed to do. The one thing that made us uncomfortable was the amount of personal information requested during the online check-in. The level of questioning was unprecedented in our experience, going well beyond the information we would normally expect to provide, including the places where travellers were born. It left us wondering why such a level of detail was necessary and, more importantly, how this information is stored, protected and used. Given how sensitive personal data can be, some explanation about the purpose and handling of this information would have been reassuring. As for the apartment itself, everything else was excellent. The bed was fantastic and very comfortable. The only drawback was the sofa in the living room, which was not particularly comfortable for sleeping on. Other than that, we were very happy with the stay and would gladly return.

1) The amount of personal data required and questions as to how it's handled/stored (identity theft, cyber security etc) 2) The couch in the living room which was very uncomfortable to sleep on 3) The fact that there is no door/real separation between the bedroom and living room 4) Would be amazing if the plastic boiling kettle could be replaced with a glass one (plastic leaching into the boiling hot water)

The location was very central, in a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had a beautiful, spacious terrace. Communication with the staff was excellent. Everything was wonderful!

Very good location. And the apartment is really not bad.

The kitchen is not the best (e.g. there is no frying pan or steam extractor). But the worst thing is containers for glass garbage. Noise around the clock, day and night.
