Perfect location, with a family of a toddler it is the perfect spot with everything you need in walking distance - beach, park, restaurants, cafes right across the road, main street a short stroll.
The owners need to consider investing in some air con or better fans in the property. We ended up going to Kmart to purchase two additional fans to help air circulation around the property and especially at nighttime, it was uncomfortable to try and sleep without.

Great location and balcony view
Bathrooms and kitchen were old, but clean, for the price price I have no complaints as the photos show that, we knew what we were booking.
