Good property suitable for our needs. Exactly as described for a shared property. Very clean with good use of facilities. Tea coffee milk provided in each room. Towels and toiletries provided too. Short walking distance to both Northolt train and tube stations. Excellent value for money Thank you

Was a bit uncomfortable using kitchen facilities as I didn't want to intrude but that's on me. Milk in room had gone off but that was due to extremely hot weather.

Location was excellent. Room is small but adequate. Bed small but comfy. The apartment was nice and warm. Tube was 5 mins walk and so this was brilliant.

Breakfast was meant to be included but it felt we were in someones personal kitchen stealing food. What we ate on day 1 was NOT replaced for day 2 and there was no fresh juice. In the fridge was someones take away!! It was a most uncomfortable experience. I also booked a LATE check in. I clearly said after 1 am. On arrival (remember we are foreigners...no internet ) we could not access the apartment. My daughter called the number and we were told to go away. It was late and the neighbours may call the police. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The host finally sent the codes to get in....But I was not amused and consequently did NOT sleep well. Something is wrong with the shower as it ran hot/cold and was not consistent. Security info should be sent earlier as NOT EVERYONE HAS 24 HOUR ACCESS TO EMAILS WHEN TRAVELLING. Threatening us with police was unacceptable.

Good location to underground station a stones throw away. Free parking. Allowed entry 1430 (30 mins earlier than stated.

Could do with a service. Yes a potent dog smell on arrival. My lads pillow covered in dog hair. Communication could be improved. No sign of this free breakfast advertised, thankfully a pub across the road, opens 9am on a Sunday serving breakfast.
