The location was very convenient, calm, and close to different attractions and metro station. It is surrounded with nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Location is great, two minutes from metro and really nice area to explore Rome it's quiter area of Rome. Air conditioning was really good as it was so hot in Rome.

This was the only property we stayed at with an elevator. It really helps if you have a lot of luggage. The area is nice and next to lots of shops. This is next to the Vatican museum if you want to visit and don’t have any ticket reservations in advance and have to go line up early. It does have a good working AC. Half the accommodations in Italy we stayed in had AC units that didn’t work.
The restroom smelled really bad. We had to go out to buy an air freshener to put in the bathroom to make it tolerable. The toilet was very high and uncomfortable to use.
