The apartment was in a great location, and most places were within a comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and roomy. It was a pleasant surprise that everything had been thought of, including morning coffee packets/capsules, toiletries, dishwashing and laundry detergent pods, and other necessities. Communication with the apartment owners was very quick, positive, and helpful.

The central location was fantastic. 15 min walk to Duomo or the restaurants beside the canal. It was very spacious . It had everything we needed
Unfortunately the door lock broke but it was fixed immediately

The apartment was bigger than expected and the location was really nice. Outside of the city center but walkable for most parts. I like how it was near a metro station and a 10min walk to a tram station. The neighborhood was really nice, lots of cute restos, cafes, boutique stores, wine bars, and even a park.
Host was responsive and proactive as well.
The apartment was not as clean. It also seemed nicer / newer based from the photos than in real life. It was a bit old and had a smell. The bathroom was so smelly, and even though the host had the cleaner come to do extra cleaning, there was still a unpleasant smell. Shower area was also too small and not so clean..
Amenities and furnitures are old and not well-maintained.

"The property is in an excellent location. It is a short walk to the Duomo. There is a lovely park and a restaurant next to it called Farini, that has the best breakfast and Italian sandwiches, one of ..."
